Our Team

The engineering team at Severud Associates is composed of an effective mix of veteran engineers with extensive expertise and recent graduates carefully selected from top colleges and universities. Most of the senior staff—principals, associate principals, and senior associates—have 20 years or more of experience.

New engineers learn from working closely with associates and senior engineers who serve as mentors, helping them to make the best design decisions and teaching them about the construction process by spending time with them onsite. Severud’s team keeps abreast of emerging structural systems, methods for analysis, and software through continuing education and participation in professional organizations.
