Senior Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n John Puleo joined the staff of Severud Associates in 2014 after receiving degrees from Bucknell and Lehigh Universities<\/a>. He soon progressed to senior engineer, then advanced to associate and was elevated to senior associate in 2026. Over the course of his career, John has engineered high-end residential buildings, large-scale retail developments, and school additions, among many other projects. John\u2019s recent work includes the redevelopment of Terminal 6 at JFK International Airport in Queens<\/a>, 760 Madison Avenue<\/a>, a mid-rise residential tower in Manhattan, and the office-to-residential conversion of 80 Pine Street, also in Manhattan. Among his other significant projects are the residential buildings 100 Vandam Street<\/a> and 221 West 77th Street<\/a> in Manhattan and the office building at 19 East Houston Street, all in New York City and The Boulevard, a redevelopment of the Hylan Plaza shopping center on Staten Island.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n John is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers<\/a> and the Structural Engineers Association of New York<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n John is licensed as a structural engineer in Nevada and as a professional engineer in New York.
