In more than a decade with the firm, Eric has acquired proficiency with many contemporary as well as historical structural systems, which he has used effectively on challenging renovation projects involving column removals and overbuilds. Eric has also engineered several high-end retail interiors and has extensive experience in the field.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Eric\u2019s recently completed projects include The Commons at Tulane University in New Orleans<\/a>, NYU Langone Health\u2019s Science Building<\/a> in Manhattan, and the Nike flagship store<\/a> on Fifth Avenue, also in New York City. Other notable projects in his portfolio are offices and a parking garage for Verizon in Brooklyn, residential buildings in Manhattan, and the Rego Park branch of Queens Public Library<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Eric contributes to his colleagues, the structural engineering profession, and others as captain of the firm\u2019s CANstruction charity competition and JPMorganChase Corporate <\/a>Challenge teams.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Eric is licensed as a professional engineer in New York.
